The Studio
Welcome to the studio, located in beautiful, downtown Lake Mills, Wisconsin. Just a brief 20 minute drive from the eastside of Madison. I created the studio to hold a gentle sense of serenity for all who enter. Not only is it filled with soft, beautiful light, but it is an open and relaxing space for my work and clients. The studio is a peaceful place in which to bring your newborn, baby or family. Your photography session is intended to be sweet family time, carved out specifically to capture the love, joy and connection within your family. The studio is a perfect environment to capture timeless maternity, newborn, or family portraits.
COMFORT
Your comfort and happiness is very important to me. I've created a space for you to come in, relax and enjoy the photography process. This is a special moment in your life that deserves attention and detail. Parents of newborns and young children typically are quite tired and at times overwhelmed. Young children may play while their parents take a seat on the sofa prior to their family session, during their newborn session or at the "reveal" appointment. Enjoy a beverage, read a magazine, pick a snack ~ Breathe and Enjoy!
BABY SAFETY
The studio is complete with a cozy dressing room. This is a quiet place to sit and feed your newborn, change diapers or clothing. The changing table is stocked with diapers, wipes, and sanitizers. My commitment to you is to ensure your baby's safety through gentle handling, with deep regard for their little bodies.
NEWBORN PROPS & CLOTHING
My goal is to create timeless, beautiful images that are about your baby! My natural light photography studio was created with newborns in mind! I use more natural tones and props in my photography to create artwork that will be classic. You will find a selection of beautiful baby wraps, headbands, rompers, pants in soft and delicate fabrics. The natural beauty of your newborn baby will shine through in the final artwork.
